PREPARE FOR A SOUND HEALING / GONG MEDITATION

Allow 20 minutes prior and designate a space where you won't be disturbed once you settle into place.

SUGGESTIONS to derive the most benefit from your experience:

  • Ideally, wear loose-fitting garments and bare feet

  • Something to write on and with

  • If seated - small cushion for under the feet

  • If laying down - a rolled up towel or pillow for under the knees & a small pillow or rolled up towel for under the neck

  • Have a cup of heated warm water to drink nearby

  • Regarding electronics:

    • turn of screens not being used and/or cover with an opaque fabric

    • disable notifications

    • if connected virtually, place device on ‘Do Not Disturb’
