PREPARE FOR A SOUND HEALING / GONG MEDITATION
Allow 20 minutes prior and designate a space where you won't be disturbed once you settle into place.
SUGGESTIONS to derive the most benefit from your experience:
Ideally, wear loose-fitting garments and bare feet
Something to write on and with
If seated - small cushion for under the feet
If laying down - a rolled up towel or pillow for under the knees & a small pillow or rolled up towel for under the neck
Have a cup of heated warm water to drink nearby
Regarding electronics:
turn of screens not being used and/or cover with an opaque fabric
disable notifications
if connected virtually, place device on ‘Do Not Disturb’
