Symphonic Gong + Full Moon Meditation
Welcome!
On Sun, Feb 21st, at 6:30 pm, come be at rest and enjoy an evening of the therapeutically played Symphonic gong and the Reiki frequency held space in the supportive company of others for your benefit and the benefit of all those along your path.
Gather in a beautiful loft space arranged for you to experience the soothing vibrations of the Symphonic Gong and comfortable transition into a nourishing, heart centered, meditative state of mind.
Doors open at 6PM.
To maintain the integrity of the group vibration, there will be no admittance after 6:40PM.
TICKETS: $35 for one or $60 for two
Played with therapeutic intention, the gong opens the subconscious mind to meditative states better than any other instrument. It offers a doorway to the unconscious mind. The mind has no defense against the gong, which vibrates the human body on a molecular level.
Intentional meditations and Gratitude from the heart open and close the gathering for your optimal experience of the gong vibrations and for your grounded and safe transition home through the night to a deep and restful sleep.
PREPARE for your comfort...
Wear natural fibers to experience the gong's full vibrational effects.
Eat a light meal about 2 hours before so that you are not hungry and bring water to drink before we begin.
To Bring:
- Two blankets: one to sit on and one to cover you.
- Notebook & Pen: You may want to record new insights and revelations that arise.
- Personal Hot Water Bottle: filtered water and hot water kettle provided.
- Feel free to bring flowers, crystals, pictures or any small objects you would like to carry the healing vibrations into your life with you.
"Why the heart?
Research shows that the intelligence of the heart is greater than the intelligence of the mind and that the heart is continually sending meaningful messages to the brain - that the brain not only understands but also responds to instantly.
The study of how the heart and brain communicate with each other via the autonomic nervous system (ANS - sympathetic and parasympathetic nervous system) - is called Neurocardiology. When emotions, or feelings, and thoughts are out-of-phase overall awareness is reduced. This suggests that it is important to take time to connect with our heart-knowing, through whatever means works.
Since emotional processes can work faster than the mind, it takes a power stronger than the mind to bend perception override emotional circuitry, and provide us with intuitive feeling instead. HEALTH NOTES:
- Avoid ingesting any toxins such as caffeine, alcohol, or drugs within 48 hrs of the gong meditation so that your system has a gentler time processing.
- After the 120th Day, the 5th month of pregnancy, avoid practicing all Gong Meditations(1).

...oldest version of the instrument, Symphonic Gongs have... a harmonic and universal sound structure. The fundamental note of the gong is balanced with the instrument's complex overtones. The characterizing word 'Symphonic' thereby should not be misinterpreted as describing the literal sense of classical symphonic orchestra application but its original sense to unite harmonic sounds.
